Prove you can do the work
before anyone asks you to.

A graded programme for business-track undergraduates at Chulalongkorn. You work real briefs under observation, you get a written record of how you performed, and partner companies choose from students whose work they have already seen.

Cohort one has not run yet. This page is how we find our first students.

WHY THIS EXISTS

The gap is not access. It is proof.

89%

Thai employers who avoid hiring fresh graduates

22%

Share of job postings suitable for entry-level candidates, from a study of more than 221,000 postings

311,983

Vacancies listed on the Ministry of Labour's Thai Mee Ngan Tham platform while more than 25,000 bachelor's graduates were still seeking work

Every reason employers give for passing on a fresh graduate describes a behaviour you can only see by watching someone work. None of them is visible on a CV, a transcript, or an application form. Atlas exists to produce the thing the paper cannot show.

THE PROGRAMME

One cohort in. Assessed performance out.

1

Enter

You apply and join a cohort. Selection is light at this stage. We are not yet claiming to know who is good.

2

Do the work

Group projects, structured activities and a business competition. Real briefs, in teams, with assessors in the room.

3

Get assessed

You are scored on what you did, not what you say you can do.

4

Get placed

Partner companies receive a short list with your work attached, and choose from it.

THE RECORD

A written record, not just a line on your CV.

Every student finishes with a written assessment of how they actually performed, specific enough to be useful even if they were not placed. It is the thing you show the next employer, and it is the thing the partner company reads before it picks.

HOW YOU ARE JUDGED

You see the rubric on day one.

Being graded is fine. Being graded against criteria you never saw is not. Every student receives the full rubric at orientation, including what a top score looks like on each dimension, before any assessed work starts.

FOR EMPLOYERS

Choose from candidates whose work you have already seen.

Screening moves upstream.

You receive a short list with assessment evidence attached, rather than a stack of CVs to filter.

The trial has already started.

An internship is a trial hire either way. This one arrives with a record of how the person works under observation.

A standing intake, not a one-off.

We run cohorts on the academic calendar, so the pipeline repeats every term rather than restarting every hire.

We have no partner companies yet. We are looking for our first. If you take interns and you would consider hiring from a graded cohort, we would like twenty minutes of your time.
